THE PROPOSED USE WILL NOT INJURE OR ADVERSELY AFFECT THE USE OF THE ADJACENT AREA <br /> OR PROPERTY VALUES THEREIN BECAUSE: <br /> The proposed use should not alter the site's impact on surrounding property values. <br /> 3.
