487 The Board received a recovi:.iendation from Raymond So Andrysiak, City Civil Engineer, that the petition for the improvement of Garden Lane from the North Line of Dogwood Drive to §01 North of the South Line of Sample Street be granted, Which recommendation was in the following words and figures, to -wit: Gentlemen: Referring to the petition of Carl Riscigno, 1019 Garden Lane and twenty-five others for the improvement of Gnrden Lane from the North Line of Dogwood Drive to the • 501 North of the South Line of Sample Street. 1 would recommend that the petition be granted. Cole & Son of South Qcpd, 1nd122a to prepare gen- eral details, drawings, plans, specifications, estimates and improvement resolution for improving Garden Lane from North Line of Dogwood Drive to 501 Korth of South Line of Sample Street, by grading and paving the roadway from curb line to curb line and all II appurtenances thereto.
