<br />After hearing ail persons interested who appeared and being fully ad-rised in the
<br />premises, the Board decides that the benefits to the property liable to be assessed for
<br />said i--riprover_ent are equal to the estiriated cost o" the same as reportted by the City
<br />Civil Engineer, However, written r e? ionstra.nces were filed with the Clerk of the Board,
<br />Therefore:
