<br />of Napoleon Street to the South line of Peashway Street and from' the North line of
<br />Peashway Street to the South line of Angela Avenue. This was referred to the City Plan
<br />Cor.mission for investigation and report.
<br />A petition was received asking for the vacation of the alley fronting on Niles
<br />Avenue, running East and Hest and situated, bet:�reen Lot no. 77 Sa.uel Cottrell's First
<br />Addition to the town of Lowell, and Lot no. Lac' as sno�•rn on the recorded plat of the
