390 The Board thereupon ordered Charles W. Cale and Son of South Bend, Indiana to pre- pare general details, drawings, plans, specifications, estimates and improvement resol- ution for improving Libe ,ty Street from Western Avenue to Sample Street bar grading and paving the roadway from curb line to curb line and all appurtenances thereto. 1 The Board received a recommendation from Raymond S. Andrysiak, City Civil engineer, that the petition for the improvement of Orange Street from 1.1cade Street to Birdsell Street be granted.
