RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: That it <br />is desirable to vacate the following: <br />!j The first alley East of Vernon Street from Dubail aVenue south to Dayton Street. <br />!� The following property may be injuriously or beneficially effected by such vacation.: <br />! <br />Lots numbered 23 to 32 inclusive in William E. Rupels 2nd Addition (unrecorded) <br />jl and <br />I <br />' Lots numbered 24 to 29 inclusive in Part of Mayr's Vistula Avenue Addition. j <br />1 , <br />Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 28th day of May and on the <br />i <br />4th day of June' 1948 in the South Bend Daily Tribune and the 1;11!eekly Mirror. <br />j This Boards at its office in the City Hall on the loth day of June, 191+8 at 11:00 A. <br />M. will hear and receive remonstrances from all persons interested in or affected by <br />• !these proceedings. <br />! <br />Adopted this 24th day of May, 1948. <br />R.
