Executive Summary <br />Monroe County entered into an Energy Services Agreement with Honeywell on December <br />12, 2014. This program funded a $3,275,500 investment plus $585,592 in a change order that <br />addressed energy improvements, deferred maintenance, and operational enhancements. The <br />project is expected to save $336,053 annually in utility and operational savings over the ten <br />year term of the agreement. <br />This Post Installation Conditions Report (PICR) has been prepared to document a successful <br />transition from the construction period to the guarantee period for work performed at Monroe <br />County.
