the natural gas baseline using third party weather normalization software utilizing NOAA weather data. ■ In the event that Ameresco determines the actual cooling degree days to be greater than the baseline cooling degree days, Ameresco shall adjust the electricity baseline using third party weather normalization software utilizing NOAA weather data. ■ If any other correlation is discovered, Ameresco may make adjustments to the baseline metered energy usage to account for such correlation. If the adjustment results in a decrease of energy savings measured, a comparable adjustment may be made to the savings calculations. Any adjustments will be outlined in the final report delivered to the customer. o Number of Occupants (if applicable): Customer shall provide monthly counts of occupants for every month of the year. in the event that the actual number of occupants is greater than the baseline average number of occupants specified in the energy savings calculations, Ameresco shall adjust the baselines. o Standards of Comfort: Standards of Comfort are included or noted in calculations within this document that describe space temperature requirements, occupied hours, etc. Periodic inspections, and, in Amerescds sole discretion, additional logging or monitoring systems will be used to verify compliance with the Standards of Comfort. In the event that Ameresco determines a variance in the actual conditions from the Standards of Comfort, Ameresco shall, in its discretion, make reasonable adjustments to the baseline to account for these changes. See Attachment H (Measurement and Verification Fees) for more information on fees associated with the M&V glan noted above. Annual GESC Report Ameresco has included the cost of completing the required annual GESC M&V report required by the State of Indiana legislation for each year of the contract term. . Stipulated Enerov Savings The Annual Energy Savings identified in the table below are Stipulated Savings documented by the calculations and methodologies described in Attachment G. CUSTOMER agrees that "Stipulated Savings" are savings that are deemed satisfied upon installation of the related ECMs and execution of the Delivery and Acceptance Certificate, and the Stipulated Savings shall not be measured or audited. These savings are based on the utility rates set forth previously in Table 1. If the utility rates are modified during the Guarantee Period, the unit energy savings identified in Attachment G shall be used to determine the new Stipulated Savings amount.
