<br />Vacation resolution No. 2558
<br />This being the date set, hearing was had on the resolution heretofore adopted
<br />by the Board of Public dorks for the vacation of the first alley North of Lincoln
<br />`1al;lest from Brookfield Street Nast to the Nest side of the alley '.`pest of College
<br />Street under :,vacation resolution No. 2558. The Clerk of the Board having shown
<br />sufficient proofs of publication and no re.nonstrators having a??peared and no written
<br />remonstrances havin; been filed .ith the Cler��, it was moved, seconded and unani-
<br />mously carried that the said resolution be finally adopted and the said alley be
<br />vacated. The Engineering department is directed to prepare an assessment roll
<br />covering the assessments of benefits and the award of damages to the surrounding
<br />properties.
