ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT: The Board approved the plans of the American Telephone and Telegraph Company r3o_r7nae construction of a:conduit'on the South side of Ei.ring Avenue from the ezisting manhole on the South side of Ewing Avenue to west of Clyde Street. A petition to vacate the first alley. South of Ford Street from Phillipa to Carlisle street was referred to the City Plan Commission for investigation and report. I Vacation Resolution No. 2555 RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF PUBLIC 1.7ORKS OF TH1E CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: That it is desirable to vacate .the following; The alley North of Haward Street from Francis Street to the alley East. "The following property may be injuriously or beneficially effected by such vacation: Lots numbered 95 to 106 inclusive in Sorin+s 2nd Addition. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 4th day of April and on the llth day of April, 1947 in the South Dend Daily Tribune and the °aJeekly IMirror. This Board, at its office in the City Fall on the 21st day of April, 1947 at 11:00 A,M. will hear and receive remonstrances from all -oersons interested in or affected by these proceedings.
