N-Lezgodski, '.rhitcomb cc Yeller Inc., and Ruffner Bros. <br />The contract for the test borings along the road of the proposed interceptor <br />sewer was awarded to B. J. Ii'ioore and Son of Elkhart, Indiana, their bid being, in the <br />eoardrs opinion, the lowest and best bid submitted. <br />VACATION.. RESOLUTION NO. 2550 <br />This being the date set, hearing was had on the resolution heretofore adopted <br />by the Board of Public ?;forks for the vacation of the alley north of Vassar Avenue <br />between `Jilber and College Streets, excepting the North and South cross alleys under <br />Vacation Resolution No. 2550. The Clerk of the Board having shown sufficient proofs <br />of publication and no reronstrators having appeared and no written rerlionstrm ces hav <br />been filed with the Clerk, it was moved, seconded and unanimously carried that the <br />said resolution be finally adopted and the said alleys be vacated.
