Niezgodski, itcomb w, Keller Inc., and Ruffner Bros. ;1 <br />The contract for the test borings along the road of the proposed interceptor <br />server was awarded to B. J. I:'Ioore and Son of Elkhart, Indiana, their bid being,~ in the j <br />Board's opinion, the lowest amd best bid submitted. <br />VACATION.RESOLUTION N.O. 2550 <br />This being the date set, hearing gas had on the resolution heretofore adopted <br />by the Board of Public ?."lorks for the vacation of the alley North of Vassar Avenue <br />between dilber and College Streets, excepting the North and South cross alleys under <br />Vacation Resolution Eo. 2550. The Clerk of the Board having shown sufficient proofs <br />of publication and no remonstrators having appeared and no written reraonstra ces hay. <br />been filed with the Clerk, it was moved, seconded and unanimously carried that the <br />said resolution be finally adopted and the said alleys be vacated. The Engineering <br />Department is directed to prepare an assessment -roll covering the assessrents of <br />benefits and the awards of daraa ges to the surrounding properties. <br />VACATION RESOLUTION NO. 2551 <br />This being the date set, hearing was had on the -resolution heretofore adopted <br />by the Board of Public `� orks for the vacation of the alley ',lest of Pulaski Street f r <br />the North line of Lot 180, 1.7alnut 3rd Addition to Prairie Avenue - AND - the alley <br />North of Prairie Avenue from the alley '.`est of Pulaski Street to vacated Jackson <br />street under vacation resolution No. 2551.
