The contract for the test borings along the road of the proposed interceptor se ,.rer was awarded to B. J. Moore and Son of Elkhart, Indiana, their bid being, in the Board's opinion, the lowest amd best bid submitted. VACATION. RESOLUTION NO. 2550 This being the date set, hearing tiaras had on the resolution heretofore adopted by the Board of Public '.forks for the vacation of the alley North of Vassar Avenue between `,7ilber and College Streets, excepting the North and South cross alleys under Vacation Resolution No. 2550. The Clerk of the Board having shown sufficient proofs of publication and no remonstrators having appeared and no written reraonstra, ces hav been filed with the Clerk, it was moved, seconded and Unanimously carried that the said resolution be finally adopted and the said alleys be vacated. The .Engineering Department is directed to prepare an assessment -roll covering the assessments of benefits and the awards of daYaa ges to the surrounding properties. VACATION RESOLUTION NO. 2551 This being the date set, hearing aas had on the resolution heretofore adopted by the Board of Public ':7orks for the vacation of the alley ':lest of Pulaski Street f r the north line of Lot 180, 1v1alnut 3rd .Addition to Prairie Avenue - AND - the alley North of Prairie Avenue from the alley ':lest of Pulaski Street to vacated Jackson street under vacation resolution Nlo. 2551. The Clerk of the Board having _shown sufficient proofs of publication and no remonstrators having appeared and no written remonstrances having been filed with the Clerk, it eras moved, seconded and unanimous carried that t1e said resolution be finally adopted and the said alleys be vacated.
