<br />TIIJREFORE, be it resolved by the Board of Public :'forks and Safety of
<br />South Bend, Indiana, that all public streets, alleys and public.places dedicated
<br />,to the public use in said Plat, are hereby accepted and.approved.b-y sai,d.Board for
<br />and on behalf of the City of South Bend, Indiana. I'
<br />This being the date set the Board now meets to hear all persons interested in-
<br />or whose property is affected by the proposed paving of Hamilton Street from the
<br />;)!Vest line of Portage Avenue to the -lest line of Brookfield Street .under Improvement I
<br />i�Resolution No. 2548.
<br />After hearing all persons interested who appeared and being fully advised in i
<br />!the premises, the Board decides that the benefits to the property liable to be
<br />jassessed for the said paving are equal to the estimated costs of same as reported I,
<br />by the City Civil Engineer, and thereupon takes final action upon said resolution Ii
<br />'ias originally adopted, and now confirms same. I
