Aslin. II <br />i DEDICATION j <br />Ij <br />i 11EIEREAS, a plat with dedication of streets and alleys, indietited thereon, is <br />now presented to the Board, to be known as "ITuessel Park Second Addition to the <br />City of South Bend, Indiana", and <br />This plat and dedication is filed in the records of the Board of Public gorks ; <br />and Safety in Row ;'21, Drawer -; 4 and recorded in Book ; Page , in I <br />!the Recorder's Office of St. Joseph County, <br />ii <br />TIIJREFORE, be it resolved by the Board of Public :'forks and Safety of <br />South Bend, Indiana, that all public streets, alleys and public.places dedicated <br />,to the public use in said Plat, are hereby accepted and.approved.b-y sai,d.Board for <br />and on behalf of the City of South Bend, Indiana.
