Newberg Con- <br />struction Company. <br />The Board recommended that the City Engineer's office grant a permit to the Gust <br />V. Kewberg Construction Company for the installation of a sever and conduit across <br />Sample Street at the Studebaker Fovier House. <br />Vacation Resolution I71o. 2545 <br />This being the date set, hearing was held on the Assessment roll shouting the <br />award of damages and the assessment of benefits in the matter of the vacation of the <br />alley ;mouth of ITisha=,raka Avenue from Louise Street to the Grand Truck `_estern Rail- f <br />road, under vacation resolution Nio. 2545. <br />In the above named assessment roll, no remonstrators a -geared and no written <br />remonstrances ,sere filed, the Clerk of the Board submitted proofs of publication of <br />notices and same were found sufficient, and t'Ze Board, therefore, finds that the sev- <br />eral lots and parcels of land Nave been benefitted and damaged in the amounts shown <br />on said roll. The Board, therefore, decides to take final action on said assessment <br />roll and declares same in all things ratified, con.fir-r.-led and a_,roved ,-iithout mods- I • <br />fication and the proceedings closed, and the alley vacated upon receipt of the amount <br />of benefit assessments from the various nroperty owners so benefi teed and all. proceed-j <br />ings had with reference to said alley vacation are hereby sustained. <br />STREET DEPARTI EI T: Mr. Casimer Balka, Street Co 2missioner, was present and matters <br />pertaining to 11118 department were discussed. <br />CEItiiETERY DEPX1,TI,IE2TT: `iIr.
