This was approved <br />by the Board. <br />TRAFFIC DEPARTlETENIT: i:Ir. Ernest I<Iiller, Traffic Enginee_°, waspresent and natters pertain <br />ing to his depE Hent were discussed. <br />ENGINEIRING Da1P,1LR_7REITT: A Contractor's bond was approved and ordered filed for Ilenry <br />A. S trohl. <br />Condemnation Resolution No. 2547 <br />This being the date set, hearing was held on the assessment roll shot'°rin~ the award <br />of da.lages and the assessment of benefit's in the- matter of t_-)e conde_mation of sufficien <br />lots and lands for the opening and widening of 'iilber Street to a width of 60 feet from <br />the center line o-f' I;lv°rood Avenue to the center line of Feller Street under condemnation <br />resoltit.ion No. 2547. <br />In the above named assessment roll, no remonstrances appeared and no written re- i; <br />monstrances were filed, the Clerk of the Board submitted proofs of pu'olication of notices'; <br />and same were found sufficient, and the Board, therefore, finds that the several lots <br />and parcels of land have been benefitted and da:iaged in the amounts shown on said roll. <br />Ther Board, therefore, decides to take final action on said assessment roll and declared <br />same in all things ratified, confirmed and approved without modification and the pro- <br />ceedings closed, and -the lots and lands vacated, upon receipt of the amount of benefit <br />assessments from the various property owners so benefi teed and all proceedings had with I' <br />reference to said lots and lands condermad are hereby sustained, 11 <br />• <br />• <br />is <br />• <br />
