Salary claims in the amount of �12,653.48 were approved and ordered paid. G. <br />Gaby anc�`PHL1151- e linF. <br />Condemnation Resolution JITo. 2547 <br />This being the date set, hearing ;as had on the Resolution heretofore adopted by <br />the Board of Public ;'forks for the condemnation of sufficient lots and lands for the <br />opening and widening of "'ilber Street to a width cf 60 feet From the center line of 'El- <br />wood Avenue to the center "line of Heller Street under Condemnation_ Resolution Nvo. 2547. <br />The Clerk of the Board havin shown sufficient proofs of publication and no remonstrator <br />having appeared and no Smitten remonstrances having been f i led with the Clerk, it was <br />moved, seconded and unanimously carried that the said resolution be finally adopted and <br />the said lots and lands be vacated. The s'ngir_eering Dey art: -Zent is directed to prepare <br />an assessment roll covering the assessment of benefits and the awards of danr!a-;es to the <br />surrounding properties. <br />Vacation Resolution No. 2545 <br />This being the date set, hearing was had on the Resolution heretofore adopted by I <br />the Board of Public ;4orks for the vacation of the alley 3oath of i:llishay.raka Avenue from <br />Louise Street to the Grand Trunk '..';estern Railroad under vacation resola�tion No. 2545. <br />The Clerk of the Board having shoTmn sufficient proofs of publication and no remonstrators <br />having appeared and no 4°rrit;en -remonstrances having been filed with the Clerk, it was moped` <br />seconded and unanimously carried that the said resolution be finally adopted and the <br />sais alley be vacated.
