For 2017, <br /> we plan to propose adjustments during four time periods—March, June, October and December. <br /> Based on our budget review, we are submitting the enclosed additional appropriation ordinance for your <br /> consideration. <br /> I will present this bill to the Common Council at the appropriate committee and council meetings.
