CITY OF SOUTH BEND I COMMUNITY INVESTMENT <br /> PROJECT SUMMARY <br /> ➢ Precision aerospace machine will allow Masterbilt to produce more complex parts <br /> ➢ New project taxes over the five year abatement period—$41,198 <br /> ➢ Estimated taxes being abated during five year abatement period—$16,292 <br /> ➢ Total taxes to be paid on new and existing equipment over the next five years — <br /> $24,906 <br /> EMPLOYMENT IMPACT <br /> Per the petition, it is estimated that the total project will: <br /> ➢ Create two (2) permanent, full-time jobs within the first year, representing a new <br /> annual payroll of$74,880.
