CITY OF SOUTH B!2, ?D, INDIANA: That <br />it is desirable to vacate . the follow.-Lng; <br />Sycamore Street north of LaSalle Avenue <br />and <br />The first alley running east and Lest. from Sycamore Street to the east race, <br />which said alley is the first alley north of and parallel to LaSalle Avenue; <br />. and <br />The first alley east of Sycamore Street running north and south from LaSalle <br />Avenue to the first east and west alley North of LaSalleAvenue. <br />The following property may be injuriously or beneficially affected by such <br />vacation: <br />Lots numbered consecutively from twenty-two (22) to twenty-nine (29), both <br />inclusive, as shown on the recorded Plat of TIiller & Greents Second addition to <br />the Town of Lowell, now a part of the . City of South Bend: <br />also <br />Lots numbered ten (10)0 eleven (11), and twelve (12) as shown on the orig- <br />inal Plat of the Town of Lowell, and now a part of the City of South Bend. <br />Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 8th day of TElarch and on <br />the 15th day of March, 1946 in the South Bend Daily Tribune and the Meekly Tiirror. <br />This Board at its office in the City Hall on the 25th day of March, 1946 at <br />11:00 A.M. will hear and receive remonstrances from all persons interested in or <br />affected by these proceedings. <br />Adopted this 25th day of February, 1946. <br />ATTEST: <br />.James P. Minutes of the last meeting were <br />read and approved. There were no claims of suppliersto be approved. <br />TRAFFIC DEPART ET?T: IY1r. Ernest I;iiller, Engineer., ngi neer, was present and matters <br />pertaining to his department werediscussed. <br />ENGINEERING DEPARTTiIEN.T: -A petition was received by the Board asking for the vaca- <br />tion of the first alley North of Huron from Pulaski Street to the first alley ':Jest <br />of Pulaski Street. This was referred to the City Plan Coission for investigation <br />and report. <br />DEDICATION <br />'01HEREAS: a plat with dedication of streets and alleys indicated thereon, is now <br />presented to the Board, to be known as "Anthony's Addition" to the City of South <br />l Bend, Indiana; <br />This plat and dedication is filed in the records of the Board of Public �lorks <br />and Safety in Row '21, Drawer -#4 and recorded in Book Pages # , in <br />the Recorder's Office of St. Joseph County; <br />
