They are currently located in <br /> Vandalia,MI and are seeking to relocate their business in South Bend,IN. <br /> ➢ Department of Community Investment's summary report <br /> ➢ Copy of the petition <br /> ➢ Statement of Benefits form <br /> ➢ Supporting information. <br /> The report contains the Department's findings relative to the above petition. Tri-Pac,Inc. <br /> will be investing approximately$1,000,000 in the expansion to the property located at <br /> 3333 N Kenmore St, South Bend,IN 46628. Tri-Pac is poised to bring in <br /> Chemist/R&D/Manufacturing jobs and technology through organic growth and <br /> acquisitions.
