Casimer Balka, Street Co .i.ssi over, was present and matters <br />pertaining to his department were discussed. <br />Mr. Balka submitted a list of needed equipment for his department and the Clerk <br />of the Board was authorized to advertise for bids to be opened and read up to 11:00 <br />A.1111. on I.1arch 11, 1946 for the following items:. 3 tractors, 3 snow plows, one power <br />mower, one bulldozer, one power sewer cleaner, one crane and clasmshell, one street <br />sweeper and one bituminous mixer. The clerk was also directed to advertise for bids <br />to be opened at the same time for crushed stone, road oil, gravel, sand and gravel, <br />asphalt mixes and calcium chloride.
