There were no claims of suppliers to be approved. <br />TRAFFIC DEPARTI==tT: Mr. Ernest Diller, Traffic Engineer, waspresent and matters per- <br />taining to his department were discussed. <br />STREET DEPART1,21ENT: -Mr. Casimer Balka, Street Cornissioner, was present and matters <br />pertaining to his department were discussed. <br />111r. Balka submitted a list of needed equipment for his department and the Clerk <br />of the Board was authorized to advertise for bids to be opened and read up to 11:00 <br />A.M. on 11arch 11, 1946 for the following items: 3 tractors, 3 snow plows, one power <br />mower, one bulldozer, one power sewer cleaner, one crane and clamshell, one street <br />sweeper and one bituminous mixer. The clerk was also directed to advertise for bids <br />to be opened at the same time for crushed stone, road oil, gravel, sand and gravel, <br />asphalt mixes and calcium chloride. <br />CEETERY DEPARTIHElIIT: 1,1r. Stanley Leszczynski, Sexton, was present and matters pertain- <br />ing to his epartr.ent were discussed. <br />1,1r.
