<br />1,946, at 8:30 A.D1. All members tere present. T:Minutes. of the last meeting were an-
<br />O proved and ordered paid. Salary claims in the amount of :�8,211.50 were approved,
<br />and ordered paid. There were no claims of suppliers to be approved.
<br />j; TRAFFIC DEPARTTIEAIT: T;Ir. Ernest Hiller:, Traffic Engineer, was present and matters
<br />pertaining to His epartment were discussed.
<br />1; ENOINEE'RING DEPARTMENT: All bids for the Fellows Street sewer and pavement under
<br />lzmprovement resolution No. 2536 were rejected and the bidderts bonds and certified
<br />jchecks which accompanied the bids were ordered returned to the bidders.
<br />Excavation bonds were approved for Hawblitzel & Son, Joseph Hiznay and C. S.
<br />iii Randolph. These were ordered filed.
<br />STREET DEPM U1ENT: Ir. Casimer Balka, Street Commissioner, was present and matters
<br />pertaining to his department were discussed.
<br />CE1FIETERY DEPARTMENT: 'Mr. Stanley Leszczynski , Sexton, was present and matters per-
<br />aining to His apartment were discussed.

<br />Street from Donald to Oliver, Douglas Street between Donald and Ewing and Donald
<br />Street from Kemble to Douglas, Oliver Street from Donald to' Ewing' and Donald Street
<br />,;from Oliver to Douglas.under Improvement Resolutions Nos. 2540., 2541, 2542, and
<br />12543, and the money for the above improvements not having been paid into the Con-
<br />:troller's office within the said 60 days, the bid of the Niles Excavating Com-
<br />i pacpy is now rejected.
