VACATION RESOLUTION NO. 2544 These were ordered RESOLV ED BY THIE BOARD OF PUBLIC '1ORKS OF TTE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: That it is necessary to vacate the following: • �� A parcel of land bounded by a line running as follows Beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot nui_rber seven (7) in Louis Nickel's Subdivision in the City of South Bend, '; Indiana; thence West, along the North line of Sample Street a distance of five (5) feet; thence Niortho along a line that is parallel with the `,'lest line of Lot number seven (7 ) !Ito the point of intersection with the Northerly line of Lot number seven ("7) produced Southwesterly; thence Northeasterly to the Northwest corner of Lot number seven (7); itthence South, along the °,Vest line of Lot number seven (7) to the point of beginning.
