22a <br />is <br />0 <br />• <br />The Board now.orders the Clerk of the Board to advertise for bids for said work <br />returnable on the 26th day of November, 1945. <br />No action was taken in regard to the matter of the bid for sewer and pavement on <br />ellows Street. <br />A petition containing 14 names was received asking for the construction of a local <br />sewer on Fisher Street from Olive Street to Meade Street. Also the established grade of the alley <br />'West of College Street from Elwood Avenue to Bulla Street. <br />TRAFFIC A petition was received containing forty two names asking for an investigation <br />f the traffic conditions at Adams and Vassar Streets. This was referred to the Traffi <br />ngineer for investigation and report. <br />
