This is the usual proceeding. <br />ENGINEERIND DEPARTI,[EXT : <br />VACATION RESOLUTION NO. 2537 <br />RESOLVED BY TIE BOARD OF PUBLIC--4ORHS OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BAND, INDIANAI: That it <br />jis desirable to vacate the following: <br />The alley South of Pleasant Street from 25th Street to the East line of the alley <br />'lest of 25th Street. <br />The following property ::lay be injuriously or beneficially effected by such vacation: <br />Lots numbered 9-10-11-12-13 and 14 in Kerslake.
