<br />said Board of Public "forks will hear all persons interested, or whose property is liable
<br />to be assessed for said improvement, and will decide whether the benefits to the property
<br />liable to be assessed for said improvement will equal the estimated cost thereof.

<br />A regular meeting of the Board of Public Works was held on Monday, July 16, 1945
<br />at 9:00 A.M. All members were present. Minutes of the last meeting were read and approved.
<br />There.were no claims of suppliers to be approved. -
<br />TRAFFIC DEPARTMENT: Mr. Ernest Miller, Traffic Engineer, was present and matters pertain;
<br />ing to his department were: discussed.
<br />A memo' -qas received from the office of the City Clerk as follows:
<br />At the July 9th meeting of the Council Councilman Brannan, made a motion that the
<br />Board of Works and Safety, instruct the Traffic Engineer to take steps to install a traffic
<br />light at the corner of Mishawaka Avenue and Tinryckenham Drive. If some definite action is!,
<br />not taken before the next meeting, a resolution will be prepared and presented to the
<br />Council.
<br />This was referred to the Traffic Engineer for study and a report as soon as practical.
