The Board did not approved the plans as submitted, but Mr. Williams was <br />directed to make an investigation of existing conditions. <br />'I Contractorts bonds in the amount of $1,000.00 were approved for J. D. Matthews and <br />!Leo A. Lippman.. An excavation bond in the amount of $1,000.00 was approved for Robert <br />;d L. Thorpe.
