Keller., Inc.., and was ordered filed. <br />I Vacation Resolution No. 2534 <br />i <br />I' Mr. Clyde E. Williams, City Engineer, filed a primary assessment roll showing <br />11the awards of damages and the assessments of benefits in the matter of Vacation Resol- <br />ution No. 2534 same being the vacation of the A11ey West of Olive.Street from Orange <br />'!Street to the South line of the Alley North of Orange Street. <br />i' <br />In the above named assessment roll, tte Board hereby orders that it will meet in <br />the City Hall at 11:00 A.T. on the 9th day of April, 1945, for the purpose of hearing <br />• and receiving remonstrances from all persons interested in or affected by said vaca- <br />I�tion, and the Board further orders that notice of said hearing, together with the amount <br />hof damages awarded and benefits assessed be addressed to the property owners by publish - <br />Ding same on the 23rd day of March and on the 30th day of March, 1945 in the South Bend <br />J Daily Tribune and the Weekly Mirror. <br />Vacation Resolution No_, 2535 <br />This being the date set, hearing was held on the resolution heretofore adopted by <br />14the Board of Public Works for the vacation of Alexis Court, from the West line of Col- <br />umbia Street to the 'East line of the .Alley West of Columbia Street, under vacation res- <br />olution No. 2535. The Clerk of the Board having shown sufficient proofs of publication <br />!land no remonstrators having appeared and no written remonstrances having been filed with <br />the Clerk, it was moved, seconded and unanimously carried that the said resolut.iori be <br />jifinally adopted and the said Court be vacated. The Engineering Department is directed <br />jto prepare an assessment roll covering the assessment of benefits and the award of`' <br />"damages to the surrounding properties. <br />i! - <br />j Mr. Clyde E.
