Ernest 1.liller, <br />Traffic Engineer, was _present and matters <br />rer- <br />y <br />taining to his department were discussed. <br />ENG I1,7EER ING DEPARUdEIJIT: This being the c'.ate set, hearing was held on the assessment <br />roll showing the award of d-o nages and the assessment of benefits in the matter of <br />the vacation of Beale Street from the -lest line of Inglewood Place to I-_essler Boulevard, <br />under vacation resolution 'No. 2531. <br />In the above named assessment roll, no remonstrators appeared <br />and no written remonstrances were filed, the Cleric of the Board submitted proofs of <br />publication of notices and same were found sufficient, and the Board, therefore, finds <br />that the several lots and parcels of land have been benefited and danaged in the amounts, <br />shown on said roll. h.e Board, therefore, decides to take final action on said assess- <br />ment roll and declares same in all things ratified, confirmed and approved without rnod- <br />ification and the proceedings closed and the streetvacated, upon receipt of the amounts <br />of benefits assessed from the various property o-:,mers so benefited and all proceedings i <br />had with reference to said streetvacation are lnerebv sustained. <br />STREET TD.EPAR111MIENT: This being- the date set to receive bids on cut back asphalt and <br />road oil, and only bid having been received, said bid was opened and reL,d as follows:, <br />Standard Oil Company, <br />Asphalt. Department <br />Mouth Bend, Indiana <br />Cut -back asphalt -delivered price <br />, <br />.0663 per gal iI <br />Cut batik a.sphalt-delviered price <br />(RC 2-3-5) .0688 <br />Paving asphalt <br />Standard asphalt road oils <br />(SC 1-2-3-4 Deliverd price .0544. <br />The above bid was accepted by the Board, being in the <br />just bid. <br />CETIETERY DEPARin'E1TJ`L: 11r. 6tanley Leszczvns?ci, Se_>ton, was <br />to his department were discussed. <br />Board's opinion, a fair and <br />present and matters pertaining <br />Inr.
