Elec. �go. <br />1.00 <br />�Vire & Disc arheel Co. <br />7.27 <br />Leo Iaemnec <br />9.50 <br />TRAr= IC 1 EPA LATHE T: Mr. Ernest :Tiller., Traffic Er_gineer, was present and matters per- <br />taining to his department were discussed. <br />ETTGIi�TEEFT G DEPIx'i�T 2ET�T : This being,, the date set, hearing was held on the assessment <br />roll shoevin` the award of da ages and the assessment of benefits in the matter of the <br />vacation of Usyvald Court from '7alnut Street to ' agnolia Street and the alle7T `.`Vest of <br />Walnut Street from Usvrald Court to the worth line of the first alle77- South of Uscald <br />Q�ourt, under vacation resolution No. 2533. <br />In the above naa_led assessment roll, no remonstrators appeared and no urrittdn remon- <br />strances were I' fled, the Clerk of the 3oard submitted proofs of publication of :notices <br />and salve were found sufficient, and the uoard, therefore, Prods that the several lots <br />and parcels of land have been benefited and damaged in the amounts shown on said roll. <br />The Board, therefore, decides to take i'inal action on said assessment roll and declares <br />same in all things ratified, confirmed and approved �rithout modification, and the pro- <br />ceedings closed and the alley vacated, upon receipt of the amount of benefit:.assessments <br />from the various property owners so benefitted and all proceedings had with reference to <br />said Court and alley vacation are hereby sustained. <br />Vacation Resolution _'1o. 2534 <br />This being the date set, hearing was had on the resolution heretofore adopted, by <br />the Board of Public ';-Iorks for the vacation of the Alley 7. est of Olive Street from Orange <br />Street to the South line of the Alley i,Torth of Orange Street, under vacation resolution <br />No. 2534. The Clerk of the Board having shown sufficient proofs of publication and <br />no remonstrators having appeared and no written remonstrances having been filed, it was <br />moved., seconded and unanimously carried that the resolution be finally adopted and the <br />said alley be vacated. The Erg.ineerin� Deportment is directed to prepare an assessment <br />roll covering the assessment of benefits and the awards of damages to the surrounding <br />properties. , <br />STREET DEPAHTYEhT: 1'r. 1�nthony Z ud.zinsszi, Street Com_r^issioner, was present and matters <br />pertaining to his department were discussed. <br />CETJITTERY DEPART1,7z T: T:rr.
