The Clerk of the Board <br />,,!having shown sufficient proof of publication and no remonstrators having appeared, and <br />no written remonstrances Navin; been filed with the Clerk, it was moved, seconded and <br />lunanimously carried that the said resolution be finally adopted and the said street <br />,'be vacated. The Engineering Department is directed to prepare an assessment roll, <br />covering the assessments of benefits and ,awards of damages to .the surrounding: ,properties <br />Excavation bonds in the amount of `1000.00 were filed for Rocco Simeri and Ed.
