185 Vacation Resolution No. 2531 RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF PUBLIC OF TIC -CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA: That it s desirable to vacate the following: . Beale Street from the West line of Inglewood Place to Hessler Boulevard. The following property may be injuriously or beneficially effected by such vacation • Lots 26 to 41 inclusive in Portage Heights Addition. Notice of this "resolution shall be published on the 5th day, of January, 1945 and on the 12th day of January, 1945 in the South Bend. Daily Tribune and the 1,1,feekly Mirror. This Board, at -its office in the City Hall on the 22nd day of January, 1945 at 11:00 A.M.-will hear and receive remonstrances from all persons interested in or affecte by these nroceedings.
