<br />In the above named assessment roll, the 3oarl hereby orders that it will meet in
<br />ithe City,Hall at 1100 A.2. , on the 4th day of December, 1944 for the purpose of hearing
<br />it and receiving remorstrances,,from all persons interested in or affected by said vacation
