The Board approved the established grade for the first alley <br />East of High Street from Broadway to the alley North, and the grade for the alley north <br />of Broad,rtlay fro-:1 sigh Street to the second alley East. <br />The 3oard approved P. private sewe-r connection at Medora and Elwood Streets for <br />Drewry I s Ltd. <br />-VAC 4TIOIv RESOLUTION NO. 2529 <br />This being the date set hearing was had on the resolution heretofore adopted by <br />the Board of Public "'';orks f:,r the vacation of that portion of Donald Street from the <br />::rest line of High Street to the Studebaker L'arl Golf Lin''s, under vacation resolution <br />no. 2529. The Clerk of the Board having shovan sufficient proof of publication and no <br />remonstrators having appeared and no vrritte.n remonstrances having been filed, it was <br />moved, seconded and unanimously carried that the said resolution be finally adopted and <br />the said alley be vacated.
