<br />This being the date set hearing was had on the resolution heretofore adopted by
<br />the Board of Public "'';orks f:,r the vacation of that portion of Donald Street from the
<br />::rest line of High Street to the Studebaker L'arl Golf Lin''s, under vacation resolution
<br />no. 2529. The Clerk of the Board having shovan sufficient proof of publication and no
<br />remonstrators having appeared and no vrritte.n remonstrances having been filed, it was
<br />moved, seconded and unanimously carried that the said resolution be finally adopted and
<br />the said alley be vacated. The Engineering Department is directed to prepare an assessm
<br />roll covering the assessments of benefits and the awards of damages to the surrounding
<br />properties.
