St. Louis, Mich. <br />We are prepared to furnish you any amount of Cass County oil that you may be able <br />to use at a price of 01.65 per barrel of 42 gallons, at the -well-, on the basis of the <br />fluid as it comes from the well, showing a centrifugal test -that contains not more <br />than 30% brine and b.-s., which is about the consistency that we believe would best <br />meet your requirements. Said bid was accepted. <br />ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT: A Contractor's Bond in the amount of $1,000.00 was approved for <br />E. T. Tranberg and was ordered filed._ <br />VACATION RESOLUTION No. 2529 <br />RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BKD, IEDIANA, That it <br />is desirable to vacate the following: <br />The alley South of Jennings Avenue from Michigan Street, west, to the East side <br />of the alley running North and South between Jennings Avenue and Dean Street. <br />The following property may be injuriously or beneficially effected by such vacation <br />Lots 19, 209 21, 22, 23 and 24 inclusive in. Beverly Heights -First Addition and <br />Lots 13, 14, 15, 16, 17 and 18 inclusive, Lucy Tasher Addition. <br />Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 16th day of June and the 23rd <br />day of June, 1944 in the South Bend Daily Tribune and the Weekly Mirror. <br />This Board, at its office in the City Hall on the loth day o-f July, 1944 at 10:00 <br />A.M.
