151 <br />This being, the date set for the hearing on the resolution heretofore adopted by <br />the Board, for the vacation of the alley South of Huron Street from hake Street to the <br />alley .;hest of Lake Street and including a 5 foot cut-off on the Northwest corner of <br />Lot No. 63 and from the West line of tl e alley '+Jest of Lake Street to Falcon Street and <br />including a 5 foot cut-off on the Northeast corner of Lot No. 61, under vacation resol- <br />ution No. 2527, and the nearing on said resolution having been set for 10:00 A.M. on <br />the 3rd day of April, 1944 and publication having been made in the South Bend Tribune <br />and the Isiir_ror, on the loth da-,T of T,`iarch, 1944 and the 17th day of March, 1944 respectiv <br />and being now 10:00 A.'"�.• on the 3rd day of April and no one having appeared in o.,,positio <br />to said resolution, it was moved, seconded and unanimously carried, that resolution No. <br />2527-vacating said alley be finally adopted°and said alley be vacated. Tentative approval was granted subject to <br />receiving their plans of the proposed routes and sc-hedules. <br />Mr. Jos. Roper, Assistant City? Attorney, was authorized to obtain a property list <br />of the properties beneficially or in jur-iously affected by the Chippewa Avenue condem- <br />• <br />nation. Mr. J. H. Kelsey- and Mr. George Rile�T were appointed appraisers. <br />The Board approved the dedication of the Belleville 4th Addition to the City of <br />South mend. <br />TRAFFIC DEPARTI,IEI T: The Traffic Engineer was authorized to F�o to Indianapol..is on <br />April 13 and 14 to work out details of the down town traffic system. <br />• <br />C�,IETERY DEPARTMENT: T-Rr.
