The
report in part states, ' The area is considerably lower than the established grade of th
abutting streets and would provide an ideal location for a City durip. This would pro-
vide a means of filling the area, as requested by the petitioners. However, the lots
are privately owned and it is doub]-tful that the owners would be interested in this meth
od of filling their property. In addition, it is very lik_e17 to create objections from
neighboring property owners and citizens. Until the propert7r owners in the general
area petition for a trunk sewer on Jefferson Blvd., from 26th Street to Logan Street,
the draining of this area will remain an impossiblity.
