Balka (Trans.) <br />12.50 <br />Business Systems <br />3.93 <br />Korte Bros. <br />84.46 <br />Business Systems <br />1.41�est <br />Side Hardware Co. <br />83.60 <br />Business Systems <br />1.23 <br />STREET DEPARTMENT: Mr. Anthony Zmudzinski, Street Commissioner, was present and matter <br />pertaining to his department were discussed. <br />The Clerk of the Board was authorized to advertise for bids on the following: <br />1 Power driven sewer cleaner and equipment <br />1 Tractor with mower and snow plow attachments <br />10 Car loads of RC3 or MC3 Cutback asphalt, Indiana State Highway Specifi- <br />cations, in one tank car load lots as needed. <br />These bids to be opened March 6, 1944. <br />ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT: Permission for remodeling a cleaning establishment at the <br />corner of Carroll and Sample Streets was submitted to the Board. Approval was granted <br />for the construction of a coal bin uder the side walk and also approval was granted <br />for the installation of four grates over windows in the side walk area.
