This print was ordered filed. <br />This being the date set, hearing was held on the assess?gent roll showing the award <br />of damages and the assessment of benefits in the -matter of vacation of the second alley <br />North of Rupel Street from the alley i est of Brookfield Street to Johnson Street. <br />In the above assessment_ roll, no remonstrator,-, appeared and no written remonstrance <br />were -filed, the Clerk o ` the 3oard submitted proofs of publication of notices and same <br />,,vere found sufficient, and the Board, therefore, finds that the several lots and parcels <br />of land have been benef itted and damaged in the amounts shorn on said roll. The Board, <br />therefore, decides to take action on said assessment roll, and declares same in all <br />things ratified, confirmed and approved without modification and the proceedin--s closed <br />C. <br />and the alley vacated upon receipt of the a� count of benefit assessments from the various <br />property ourners so benefitted, and all proceedings had with reference to said alley <br />vacation are hereby sustained. <br />The Board approved a Contractor's Bond i the amount of $1,000.00 for the H.
