This print was ordered filed. <br />This being the date set, hearing was held on the assessl:2ent roll showing the award <br />of b <br />of damages and. the assessment enefits in the :,after of vacation of the second alley <br />North of Rupel Street from the alley '`lest of Brookfield Street to Johnson Street. <br />In the above assessment_ roll, no remonstrators appeared' and no written remonstrance <br />were,filed, the Clerk o" the Board submitted proofs of publication of notices and sane <br />,Jere found sufficient, and the Board, therefore, finds that the several lots and parcels <br />of land have been benefitted and damaged in the am . ounts showon said roll. The Board, <br />therefore, decides to tale action on said assessment roll, and declares same in all <br />things ratified, confirmed and approved without modification and the proceedings closed <br />and the alley vacated upon receipt of the amount of benefit assessments from the various <br />property o7irners so benefitted, and all proceedings had with reference to said alley <br />vacation are hereby sustained. <br />The Board a loroved a Contractor's Bond 'in the amount o � 1,000.00 for the r .
