The Board, therefore, decides to tale action on said assessment roll, and declares same in all things ratified, confirmed and approved without modification and the proceedings closed and the alley vacated upon receipt of the amount of benefit assessments from the various property o7irners so benefitted, and all proceedings had with reference to said alley vacation are hereby sustained.
