MEETING -- TaTAR.GH 1, 1943 <br />A regular meeting of the Board of Public Works was held on Monday, March 1, 1943 <br />at 9:00 A. M. All members were present. Minutes of the last meeting were read and <br />approved. Co. .60 <br />City Water Norks 6.52 <br />STREET DEPARTME71 T: Mr. Tony Zmudzinski, Commissioner was present and matters pertaining <br />to his department were discussed. <br />ENGINEERING DEPARTMiEIT: The Board approved excavation bonds in the amount of $1000.00 <br />for 'William L. Turnock and John G. Kestler. These bonds were ordered filed. <br />Beginning March 2nd, 1943, the City Hall will be opened at 9:00 A. M. and closed <br />at 5:00 P. M. This includes all departments. <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, the _Meeting adjourned at <br />10:00 A.•M. <br />ATTEST: <br />4V -OW <br />BOARD OF PUBLIC WQ:R LS <br />SPECIAL MEETING -- KARCH 5, 1943 <br />A Special meeting of the Board of Public 'Works was held on Friday, March 3, 1943 <br />at 1:30 P. K., for the purpose of accepting bids for the moving of the Moretreneh <br />boiler house and boiler from Lincolnway.E. to the Niles Avenue yard. The City Engineer <br />reported that bids had been requested from Thomas L. Hickey, Ralph Sollitt & Sons, Tayloi <br />Bros., and Rocco Semeri. Only one bid was submitted, that being the bid of Rocco Semeri <br />for $250.00. <br />The Board authorized the awarding of the work to Rocco Semeri and ordered the work <br />done at once. <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting adjourned at <br />2:00 P.
