MEETING -- SEPTEMBER 22, 1942 <br />A special meeting of the Board of Public Works was held on Tuesday, September 22, <br />1942 for the purpose of approving the agreement between the C.. A. Jordan Co., and.the <br />City of South Bend, for the work to be done on the Sample Street bridge. <br />The original plan of Bercliff Estate, having been found to have been irregular in <br />form when submitted for recording and not legally recorded, was resubmitted to -the Board <br />of Public Works and Safety for approval, after haying been approved by the City Plan <br />Commission. This plan being exactly the same as the original plan, was approved by the <br />Board., <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting adjourned <br />at 10:30 A. All members were present. I,11putes of the last meeting were read <br />and approved.
