M. on the loth day of August, 1942 and publication having been <br />!Piade in the South Bend Tribune and the Mirror, on the 24th of July and the 31st day of <br />(July, 1942 respectively, and being now 10:30 A. M. on the loth day of August, and no one <br />±having appeared in to said resolution, 'it was moved, seconded and unanimously carried, <br />Ilthat resolution #2517, vacating said alley be finally adopted and said alley be vacated. <br />{The Engineering Department is directed to prepare an assessment roll covering the benefit <br />,t ,la.nd dammed to the surrounding property. <br />,TRAFFIC°DIVISION: Mr. W. A. Butcher of the River Park Civic Assn., appeared before <br />,the Board with a letter from the organization regarding the parking situation at Mishawak <br />Avenue and 23rd Street.
