Williams, City Civil Engineer advised the Board he had made an inspec- <br />tion of the pavement on Windingwood Drive from Bercliff Drive westerly approximately <br />250 feet to the West line of Lot #24 and the pavement was found to meet the plans and <br />specifications approved by the Board for type 11C11 pavements and recommends acceptance. <br />A letter was received from the River Park Civic Assn. Inc. asking that provisions be <br />made in the 1943 budget for the collection of ashes and refuse by the City, similar to <br />the collection of garbage. <br />A claim of $3.25 was allowed to S. F. McGee for damage to tare on December 24, 1941, <br />An excavation bond was received from Baker & Spromberg: This bond was approved <br />and, ordered filed. <br />CEMETERY DEPARTMENT: Lisle McNabb filed his financial report for the month of June, 1942 <br />This report was ordered filed. <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, <br />10:00 A. #C. <br />ATTEST <br />the meeting adjourned at <br />
