A petition was received asking for a street light at the intersection of Farnemar_ Street and Carroll Street. This petition was ` turned over to Tir. Qualls for investiga tion and report. A letter was received from. the OtBrien Varnish Co., asking that the street lighting situation at the intersection of Colfax Avenue and Johnson Street, and 1,11ashington Street and Johnson Street be looked into. This letter ;vas turned over to K'r. Qualls for investi gation and report. 1VIr. Qualls was authorized to proceed with the work of hoofing up the new transmitte atop the :rater works to,,rer on E. Donmoyer St. , -Tjr. Qualls turned over $4.80 to the Board for work done on house moving. 'There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting adjourned at 10:30 A. Truck Rental 182.18 ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT: The Board accepted the reports submitted by the Engineering Department on the pavement laid on Northwood Drive from Bader Ave., to Logan Street inCoquillard 'Woods Section trCr► Addition, on Country Club Lane from Ironwood Drive to Ironwood Drive in Morris Country Club Addition, Evergreen Lane from Sample Street south in Belleville Gardens Addition. Approval on the pavement laid on Vercliff Drive from E. McKinley Avenue to Loan Street in Bercliff Addition was held up, until the pavement has been allowed to freeze and thaw, as the base was not of the required thickness. ELECTRIC DEPART;IETyT:.
