<br />Ellison -rand the Lloyd Insurance Co.

<br />The Lloyd Insurance Co., proposal also included a non -ownership clause, at an additi n-
<br />al cost of $91.75. The Ellison proposal did not cover this point.
<br />ENGINEERING DEP1,.TrtENT: Excavation bonds for United Plumbing and Heating Co., and Sluts
<br />Plumbing & Heating Co. were received. Thess bonds ,,,ere approved and ordered filed.
<br />C' T,IETERY DEPARTMENT: It was the decision of the Board,- that Lisle McNabb should charge
<br />>15.00 per burial, and that the City Cemetery Department would not sell burial faults
<br />in the future, leaving that to -.be taken care of by either the undertaker or the vault
<br />company.
<br />'There being no further business -to come before the Board, the meeting adjourned

<br />STREET DEPARTNIENT: Ttr. ZmudzL nski, Commissioner, was advised to repair the railing along
<br />the river on Hydraulic Ave., with lumber now on hand at the street department, until suc
<br />a time as new posts and cable could be purchased.
<br />ENGINEERING DE'PARTivIENT: The Board approved the grade dstablished by the Engineering Dep;
<br />artment °for the alley north of Parkovash Avenue, frorl'Ostemo Street to Iroquois Street,
<br />as per drawings submitted.
<br />The Board approved the plans submitted by the South Bend Tool & Die ,Yorks, for a
<br />driveway on Calvert Streets east of Main Street. Said driveway is to be 14 t wide and
<br />set back 171-from 'the property line to enable tractor -trucks to clear the public side-
<br />walk.
