J. & Opal'Ketchem <br />152.25 <br />ENGINEERING DEPART Ir ENT: This being the date set, hearing was held on the assessment roll <br />showing the award of damages and the assessment of benefits in the matter of vacation of <br />the alley north of Bolmnan Street from Idain Street to the west line of the alley east of <br />Main St. <br />11 In the above named assessment roll, no remonstrators appeared and no written remon- <br />�,strances were filed, the Clerk of the Board submitted proofs of publication of notices <br />• �) and sa7re were found sufficient, and the Board, therefore, finds that the several lots <br />and parcels of land have been benefitted and damaged in the amounts shown on said roll. <br />The Board, therefore, decides to take final action on said assessment roll, and declares <br />same in all things ratified, confirmed and approved without modification and the proceed <br />!ings closed and the alley vacated upon receipt of the amount of benefit assessments <br />!from the various property owners so benefitted, and all proceedings had with reference <br />�to said alley vacation are hereby sustained. <br />jl An excavation bond, in the amount of �?1000.00 was received for Emil Spromberg. Thi <br />11bond was approved and ordered filed. <br />• <br />0 <br />0 <br />ELECTRIC DEP ARTItIENT: A petition was received asking for a street light at the alley back <br />of Park Ave. This petition was turned over to Dlr. aualls for investigation and report. <br />The Board instructed Mr. Qualls to order a street light installed at the intersec- <br />tion of 'Xashington St., and Twyckenham Drive, as per petition received, also a street <br />light at the intersection of St. Vincent Street and Lawrence Street, as per petition <br />received. ` <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting adjourned <br />at . 10 :30 A.
