Truck Rental <br />285.38 <br />STREET DEPARTMENT: Mr. Tony Zmudzinski, Street Commissioner was present and matters <br />pertaining to his department were discussed. <br />I41r. Zhudzinski presented the sweeper report for the week beginning October 29, 1941.�' <br />Mr. Zmudzinski was authorized to repair the sidewalks on the Hydraulic Avenue j <br />bridge. !i <br />ENGINE'E'RING DEPARTMENT.* The Board approved the plans for sidewalk, curbs and pavement <br />on Bissell Street, from Campau Street to Northwood Drive, as per drawings submitted by <br />the Engineering Department. <br />A contractor's bond,•in the amount of $1000.00 was received for Charles H. Gollatz <br />of Mishawaka, Ind. This bond'was approved and ordered filed. <br />The Board approved the plans for the proposed driveway for the.Hill's Building on <br />E. Jefferson Blvd. <br />A contractor's bond, in the amount of $1000.00, was received for Slyvester Queer. <br />This bond was approved and ordered filed. <br />j The Board denied the petition to cut back the curb on Jefferson Street, at St. Louis <br />,Blvd., in front of the property at 701 E. Jefferson Blvd. This petition was received <br />from Laura Pfeiffer, who was advised of the decision of the Board. <br />Bids were received on the curb for Meade Street and the sidewalk and curb on Maple <br />II Street, as follows: <br />MR. HARRY BARNES: <br />Curb on Meade St. $.59 per foot <br />Curb on Maple St. .60 per foot <br />Sidewalk on Maple St. ..22 per sq. ft. <br />Mr Herman F.
